V2.3 patient id external and internal

In the HL7ADTResponse23.QUERY_RESPONSE[0].PID segment I can't find the 2 nd and 3 th field being Internal patient id and external id

The QUERY_RESPONSE[0] (V 2.3) is relativly new because I asked it in a previous topic, so maybe those fields are missing?
