Part of documentation version 23 missing

Hi,

I'm looking for the documentation of version 23.
When I click the link below, I get the message: page not found.
http://www.besasoftware.com/docs/hl7v1/ ... SH_23.html

If I do this for version 231 then the page is shown.
http://www.besasoftware.com/docs/hl7v1/ ... H_231.html

Could you tell me where I can find the documentation for version 23 ?
