I WANT MAKE A X509 CERTIFICATE WITH YOUR COMPONENT BUT
I UNKNOW HOW CAN I DO THIS.
PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP ME.
I WANT A SIMPLE SOURCE CODE FOR THIS.

Hi,
Delphi HL7 components only generate/parse hl7 messages.
For communication you can use Indy or Windows API.
If you want to make more detailed information about the project, maybe we can help you.

The CER segment adds detailed information regarding the formal authorizations to provide a service (e.g. licenses, certificates) held by the health professional identified by the STF segment.
