Can not find "diHL7Base.dcu"

When I want to install "dhbased7.dpk" or "dh26d7.dpk", Delphi said "File not found 'diHL7Base.dcu'".

installation instructions:

Delphi versions :
1.First install dhbasedX.dpk package. This package contains comman base classes.
2.Install your need dhXXdZ.dpk package. (XX is hl7 version, Z is delphi version : dh22d15.dpk )

C++ Builder versions :
1.First install dhbasecX.cbproj package. This package contains common base classes.
2.Install your need dhXXcZ.cbproj package. (XX is hl7 version, Z is C++ Builder version : dh22c15.cbproj )
